Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Due to health and safety regulations, all dietary supplements, including but not limited to vitamins, minerals, tinctures, and other herbal supplements, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all health-related products.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any issues, such as damage, incorrect items, or other defects, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and contact us immediately. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If the wrong item was shipped (not originally ordered) please contact us, so we can issue a refund or mail the correct item.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process via email, please include:
- Customer number
- Order number
- Product(s) you would like to return & quantity
- Reason for return

Sale items are not eligible for return
Items returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
Please note, refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method upon approval within 7 days.
Please contact us in case of late or missing refunds.
